Description
All our traditional, artisan breads are made in small batches, by hand, by our skilled bakers, Michael and Liviu. They are slow proved over 24-48 hours depending on the bread. You will notice the difference in texture and taste. The slow proving process and wild sourdough yeast make them good for the gut too! They are certified organic products which means that all the ingredients we use have been grown or produced without synthetic fertilisers or pesticides and with regard to animal welfare. We don’t use artificial additives. Real bread that is better for people, better for animals, better for the planet. Plus it tastes fantastic!
