All fresh produce in our restaurant is either grown on our own family farm right here in Ireland (just down the road in fact), or sourced locally from one of our specially selected producers.
In 2012, we took over the 200 year old family farm, Drumanilra, with a firm belief in the farm to fork philosophy, and ever since we have taken pride in bringing wholesome food grown by our own hands to our family and yours!

Honestly Kitchen Carrick in Shannon is located just off the N4, at Rosebank Retail Park. Whether you’re on your way to the Wild Atlantic Way, heading to Ireland’s Hidden Heartlands or hiring a boat to cruise the local area, we are here for you!
We have good parking, making access incredibly convenient and easy for families, large groups (and small ones too!). If you’re driving, we are just off the N4, or if you are coming in via water we’re just a 30 minute walk or 10 minute cycle from the river.
