Our mission is to connect people with local, organic and sustainable food honestly grown by us on our own Drumanilra Organic Farm, and by like-minded producers. We’re about deliciously simple food made with fantastic ingredients.

In each of our venues, you'll find a small but well-stocked farm shop area offering a carefully curated selection of products from our own farm and from the producers who supply us.

Rustic meets contemporary in our beautifully designed restaurants. Calm colours and bespoke joinery have transformed a former KFC in Carrick on Shannon into a welcoming space to enjoy our re-thinking of the fast food concept. Experience our take on beach-side dining in Strandhill, Co. Sligo. We have a full licence, relaxed day-time and evening dining on two floors and a beautiful fireplace to welcome you in from the beach.
