- Using Our Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt or misuse the site in any way.
All content — including text, photos, and logos — belongs to Honestly Farm Kitchen and may not be copied or reused without permission.
- Ordering Online
- Orders placed through our online shop are for collection only at participating Honestly Farm Kitchen locations.
- When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that we’ve received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.
- Your order is accepted once payment has been processed and you receive a collection confirmation.
- Please collect your order at the agreed time and location. We are unable to hold items beyond the agreed collection period.
- Payment
- All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
- We accept major debit and credit cards through our secure online payment system.
- We do not store payment details.
- Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
- Because our food and bakery items are freshly prepared, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.
- If you are unable to collect your order, please contact the restaurant directly as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help.
- If an item is unavailable or there’s an error with your order, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take a few days to appear in your account.
- Allergens & Dietary Information
We take care to label our products clearly and provide accurate allergen information.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please let us know before placing your order.
Although we take every precaution, our kitchens handle common allergens and we cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free.
- Gift Cards & Reward Points
If you use a gift card or reward points when ordering online, the relevant Gift Card Terms or Reward Program Terms will apply in addition to these website terms.
- Promotions & Offers
Occasionally, we may run special offers or discount codes.
- Offers are valid only for the stated period and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Only one offer or discount can be used per transaction unless otherwise stated.
- Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or used retrospectively.
- Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Honestly Events & Workshops Terms & Conditions
- About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all events, workshops, and ticketed activities organised by Honestly Farm Kitchen Ltd, including those held at our restaurants, farm shop, or other venues.
By booking a ticket or attending an event, you agree to these terms.
- Booking & Payment
- All event bookings must be made in advance through our website or at one of our locations.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Your booking is confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive an email confirmation.
- Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change, but please note:
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Honestly.
- If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please let us know in advance by emailing info@honestlyfarmkitchen.ie with the new attendee’s name.
- Refunds are not issued for non-attendance, late arrival, or leaving an event early.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed by Honestly, we’ll offer a full refund or transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date.
- Changes to Events
We reserve the right to make small changes to event details — such as timing, format, or location — where necessary.
If a major change is required (for example, a date change), we’ll notify you by email as soon as possible.
- Age & Supervision
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
- Some workshops may have minimum age requirements for safety reasons. These will be stated in the event description.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.
- Allergies & Dietary Requirements
If food or drink is served at an event, please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
While we make every effort to accommodate these, our kitchens handle common allergens and we cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free.
- Photography & Media
We may take photos or videos during events for marketing purposes.
By attending, you agree that Honestly may use images featuring you or your group in marketing materials, unless you ask us not to.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please let a member of staff know on arrival.
- Safety & Liability
Your safety is important to us. Please follow any instructions given by staff during the event.
Honestly Farm Kitchen is not responsible for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Accidents resulting from failure to follow safety guidance
- Delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, illness, or venue issues)
- Data Protection
We collect and store your information in line with our Privacy Policy.
This allows us to manage your booking, contact you with event updates, and share relevant future events if you’ve opted in to marketing.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Irish law, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Ireland.

Honestly Gift Card Terms & Conditions
- About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Honestly Farm Kitchen gift cards, whether purchased in-store or online.
By buying or using a gift card, you agree to these terms.
Gift cards are issued by Honestly Farm Kitchen Ltd, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim, Ireland.
- Purchasing Gift Cards
- Gift cards can be purchased in-store or through our website.
- Gift cards are available in selected denominations and are issued in euros (€).
- When purchasing online, digital gift cards are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- Please check all details carefully before completing your purchase, as we cannot amend an order once it has been processed.
- Using Your Gift Card
- Gift cards can be redeemed at participating Honestly Farm Kitchen locations and through our online shop.
- To use a digital gift card in-store, show the code on your phone or a printed copy at the till.
- Gift cards can be used in part or full payment for eligible products.
- No change is given, but remaining balances will stay on the card for future use.
- Gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards or exchanged for cash.
- Balance Enquiries
You can check your gift card balance by emailing info@honestlyfarmkitchen.ie or by visiting any participating location.
- Expiry
- Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase or last transaction, in accordance with Irish law.
- After expiry, any remaining balance will be lost and cannot be refunded or reactivated.
- Refunds & Replacements
- We do not offer refunds on purchased gift cards.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced unless you can provide proof of purchase and the original card code.
- If your gift card becomes faulty, we will replace it free of charge provided it has not expired or been used fraudulently.
- Online Orders Using Gift Cards
- If your order total is greater than your gift card balance, you can pay the difference using another accepted payment method.
- If you cancel or are refunded for an online order paid with a gift card, the refund will be returned to the same gift card.
- Promotions & Discounts
Gift cards cannot be purchased or used in conjunction with any promotional discount or offer unless otherwise stated.
- Data Protection
We collect and process information about gift card holders in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This includes data necessary to issue, manage and redeem your card.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Irish law, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Ireland.

Honestly Rewards Card Terms & Conditions
- About the Programme
The Honestly Loyalty Programme (“Programme”) is operated by Honestly Farm Kitchen Ltd, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim, Ireland (“we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms & Conditions explain how the Programme works, including how you earn and redeem points.
By registering, activating or using an Honestly Loyalty Card (“Card”), you agree to these terms.
- Joining the Programme
- Membership is free and open to anyone aged 18 or over and resident in Ireland.
- One account per person. Points and rewards cannot be transferred, shared or sold.
- You can register online by linking your Card to your name and email address.
- Your Card does not need to be registered to collect and redeem points.
- Earning Points
- Members earn 3 points for every €1 spent at participating Honestly Farm Kitchen locations and online.
- 100 points = €1 discount on future purchases.
- Points are awarded on the total value of eligible purchases after discounts and before VAT.
- Points are not earned on gift card purchases, event bookings or delivery fees.
- You must present your Card or registered email at the till to collect points.
- Points cannot be added retrospectively if you forget to present your Card.
- Redeeming Points
- Points can be redeemed in participating restaurants and farm shops against food, drink and selected retail items and online but not on our online food ordering system.
- Redemption rate: 100 points = €1 off your bill.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or used for tips, taxes or delivery charges.
- If a purchase paid partly or wholly with points is refunded, any redeemed points will not be reissued.
- Member Rewards
As well as earning points when you spend, when you register your card you will enjoy:
- 100 bonus points when you register your Card
- Birthday treat: a free slice of cake and 10% off during your birthday week
- Exclusive updates, early access to seasonal events and members-only offers
Rewards may vary or change at any time without prior notice.
- Validity & Account Closure
- Points remain valid as long as your account is used at least once every 12 months.
- Accounts with no activity for 12 months may be closed and all remaining points forfeited.
- We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts where misuse or fraud is suspected.
- Lost or Stolen Cards
- Treat your Card like cash.
- Lost or damaged cards can be replaced in-store, but existing points may not be recoverable unless we can verify your account.
- Data Protection
- Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We collect data to operate the Programme, manage your account, and send relevant offers and updates.
- You can update your preferences or opt out of marketing emails at any time.
- Programme Changes or Closure
- We may amend or withdraw the Programme at any time.
- Updated terms will always be available on our website.
- Continued participation means you accept any revised terms.
- If the Programme ends, all points and rewards will expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Irish law, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Ireland.
