Dexter beef is just the thing for Valentine’s night! Renowned for a rich flavour, tenderness, and superior marbling, our cattle are 95% grass-fed, which means healthier, more flavourful meat. The beef is 24 day aged, allowing the flavours to deepen and the texture to become beautifully tender. Because we farm organically, you can be sure there are no antibiotics, hormones, or artificial additives—just pure, natural beef from farm to fork.
