A walk with a view
Once you’ve fueled up and are ready to go, a fun thing to do with kids in Strandhill is to tackle the recently launched Queen Maeve trail, it takes walkers up the northern slopes of Knocknarea, along a raised boardwalk or ‘bog bridge’ to the summit.
