We farm with organic, low-input, regenerative, farming methods, with a high regard to animal welfare. Our Rarebreed Dexter beef is grass-fed, processed at 30 months in a small, local, family-run abattoir, and hung for a minimum of 21 days. It is available to order in our popular Dexter Beef Boxes, containing steaks, burgers, a roast, stock-bones, minced and diced beef. We also offer a BBQ Box and Bulk Buy Beef options.
Our Market Garden is organic and bee friendly. Our All Local Veg Box is popular and features Irish organic potatoes from Clare, plus seasonal veg grown by us and other organic growers within 20 km of the farm.
We also offer a range of organic fruit and veg boxes featuring produce grown by us and other organic growers within Ireland and overseas. You can build your own Organic Meat and Vegetable Box from a range of items sold individually. Simply choose what suits your needs here.
We carefully pack your order in premium insulated packaging. Our organic meat and vegetables are couriered to you overnight with DPD.
